JAWS reading graphics

I have images with alt text that read as numbers so like "image 4" "image 5" etc. With a checkbox after each. However, if there are two of the same images next to each other, JAWS will only read one. I unchecked every single "skip repeat" setting i could find, but this still doesn't fix the issue. I have setting set for all graphics and to read alt text.
Any ideas on what may be going wrong/how to fix?

Thanks

Is this a page that's publically available? If so, I'd like to take a look at it and see if I can figure it out.

No, it's the yahtzee game on my critter website. But if you think you can help, I'm happy to give you a temp log in to look at it.

Update: It apparently only happens in Firefox, not IE.

ah, well consider me out, if it's firefox you're working with. Surely there's someone around here who will know more about it than I do. I only use FF if I absolutely must.

I use all the main browsers, I'm just not sure about this issue myself.
